Smart Call Home

Put together a little video interviewing my friend Joe Harris on his experience introducing his customers to Smart Call Home.  The language in this is designed for Cisco employees but there is really nothing wrong with anyone externally viewing it.  I enjoy trying to find easier ways to tell a story...I am not a pro-video editor but I feel like I am getting better each time.
